Small group retreats for the kind of rest even a spa doesn’t reach.

Quarterly, I take a small group somewhere beautiful, for restorative practices that go deep.

What this is

A weekend retreat is the immersive version of my individual work. A small group of women, a gorgeous stretch of the California coast, and a few days given over to movement, breath, rest, good food, and honest conversation.

It's sort of like the deep end of the pool, with other people who are also ready to swim.

What to Expect

The retreats are usually 3-4 days (weekend or week day, depending on the group needs)

The groups stay small on purpose (5 people max), so it keeps feeling personal. Days move between guided somatic and breathwork practice, time alone to walk or sit by the water, shared meals, and group work that reaches further than a single session can.

You don't need experience with any of it. All you need is to be willing to show up and listen to what your body has been waiting to tell you.

You'll leave feeling deeply reset and rested in a way a spa weekend doesn't quite reach, with practices you get to continue long after the retreat ends (and, usually, a few new friends you'll want to stay in touch with).

Who this is for

Women who are ready to give this real time and space, whether you've worked with me for years or we've never met. If you've been curious about somatic work but weekly life keeps crowding it out, a retreat is the doorway.
